PEMBA was commissioned to execute a comprehensive Project Studies and Diagnostics phase focused exclusively on boosting per-hectare yield. Our team performed meticulous soil health analysis, planting density modeling, and disease vector mapping to isolate the core operational constraints leading to sub-optimal harvests. This diagnostic study allowed us to design a new farm management protocol focused on Precision Agriculture principles, targeting inputs directly for maximum plant performance. Our primary intervention was the design of a dynamic Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework that tracks yield indicators in real-time. This system monitors fertilizer absorption, water-stress levels, and optimal harvest timing based on regional micro-climate data. This strategic oversight ensures the producer can proactively implement corrective actions, eliminating preventable crop losses and guaranteeing the greatest possible volume and profitability from every harvest cycle.
